Ms. Tinotenda Chizanga

Bio

Affectionately known as Tino, Ms Chizanga Heads the firm's Personal Injury Claims Department. Focusing primarily on medical negligence claims and Road Accident Fund matters. Her specific expertise in medical negligence matters is well versed in personal injury claims, including professional negligence matters. 

Tino has experience in conducting legal research on various aspects of personal injury law and providing clients with legal opinions in that realm. She has further experience in drafting notices and pleadings in the High Court and Regional Courts. She closely assists Counsel with both motion and trial proceedings at the High Court.

Tino also enforces uniform vertical progression of all matters in her department. Ms Chizanga holds a BA(Law and Politics), LLB and a Master’s of Commerce in Taxation, from Rhodes University. She also holds a Medical law certificate from Legal Practice Council and is a registered member of the Council.
